As the C12 Chair, I lead an incredibly powerful experience for the members of your forum, who bring a diverse perspectives and experiences to the table. C12 has a wealth of relevant and applicable content. I orchestrate a high-performance, high-accountability experience backed by a proven format, world-class content, and the power of peers.
Todd retired from the Army Special Operations after 25 years of service at the rank of Colonel, serving in numerous positions around the world.
Following retirement, Mr. Dodson returned to the Roanoke Valley in Virginia. Upon his return, Mr. Dodson was a critical member of leadership teams for companies that operated across the United States. His last position was as Chief Compliance Officer and Operations Officer for a financial company that operated in 35 states.
Specialties include Leadership, Organizational Structuring & Expansion, International Relations, Subcontractor Management, Strategic Initiative Development, Program Mgmt.
